festival: Patti Chappel presents the 10th Anniversary Wine and Blues Festival this weekend at her Secret House Winery in Veneta. Full of children's activities, such as hay-rides and dunk tanks, the festival promises to donate a hefty percent to The Relief Nursery. Decadent wines, beers and vittles will be available. 3fair: Pat Benatar forged a late-'70s pop and rock sound that many since have followed. She plays Saturday, Aug. 18 at the Lane County Fair, which features rides, exhibitors, souvenirs, food and drink, music, and of course a classic carnival midway. The Fair runs Tuesday through Sunday.
