music: Mbira Masters of Zimbabwe, Cosmas Magaya, Musekiwa Chingodza and Ambuya Beauler Dyoko, and Hungwe with Jennifer Kyker, are two groups to play Saturday night at the mellow bower that makes up Tsunami Bookstore. The Mbira, or "thumb piano," is a traditional Zimbabwean instrument made of wood and metal, played inside various sizes of hollowed out and sometimes beautifully decorated gourds. science: More than Meets the Eye shows Thursdays through Sundays at the Lane Planetarium through Sept. 30. Using a Minolta Series IIB star projector under a 40-foot Astro-Tec dome, More than Meets the Eye teaches audiences to identify celestial objects in the night sky from the comfort of their own back yards. Equipped with dozens of slide projectors, video projectors, laser disc players and other special-effect projectors, all controlled by an informative host, this guided tour of the visible cosmos is designed to be a family favorite.
